Because every purchase is an instantly delivered digital file, all sales are generally final. We understand mistakes happen, though — if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.

Eligible for a refund

Duplicate charges, files that fail to download, or files that are corrupted or materially different from what was shown at checkout.

Not eligible

Change of mind after successful download, or dissatisfaction with a wallpaper's appearance on a specific device where the preview accurately represented the artwork.

How to request one

Reply to your order receipt email within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
