These terms govern your use of Club Heritage and any wallpapers purchased through it. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Products

All items sold on this site are digital files delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License

Purchasing a wallpaper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork as a background image on devices you own or control. Resale, redistribution, or use in derivative commercial products is not permitted without written consent.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported by your device and browser.

4. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
